We want you to feel confident about your Nathè Beauty purchase. Please inspect your wig carefully when it arrives, before cutting the lace, installing it or making any alterations.
To request a change-of-mind return, contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your order.

These conditions apply to our voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not override your statutory consumer rights.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns if:
Please confirm that you are satisfied with your wig before making any changes.
An approved voluntary change-of-mind return carries a 10% handling fee, calculated on the purchase price paid for the returned wig, where legally permitted.
We will confirm the applicable deduction before you send the wig back. This fee does not apply to qualifying statutory cooling-off cancellations or returns for defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods where the law requires a remedy without penalty.
If your wig arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs, where possible.
Do not cut the lace or alter the wig after noticing a problem. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement or refund required by applicable law.
The change-of-mind restrictions above do not automatically exclude a valid claim for an existing defect. Damage caused by misuse, improper care or customer alterations is assessed separately.

Please contact us before dispatching your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return delivery costs. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, return costs will be handled as required by law.
Pack the wig securely and retain your courier tracking details.
Once the returned wig has been inspected, we will communicate the outcome and any lawful deductions. Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by South African consumer law. Where an online purchase qualifies for the statutory cooling-off period, cancellation is permitted within seven days after receipt, without a handling penalty; only the direct return cost may be charged. Applicable refunds must be made within 30 days of cancellation.
Statutory rights take precedence wherever they differ from this policy.
